Opened in 1982 in a former garage, the Shopping Centre became, from the 1990s, a space occupied by Porto musicians who transformed shops into rehearsal rooms. In 2023, police closed the space amid real estate speculation. The film follows the eviction and uncertainty over the place's future, in dialogue with Walter Benjamin and his reading of the city and capitalism.
