What if the doctor, activist and leading member of the Revolutionary Brigades, Isabel do Carmo, had been the mother of two young astrophysicists, Alexander Bridi and Djelal Osman? In Night for Day, the Lisbon-based English artist, Emily Wardill contemplates these two universes, through a trans-historical and deeply hypnotic fictional dialogue, where cinema, architecture, performance, the limits of perception and political utopia co-exist.
