Focus Miroslav Janek 2017

The Focus Miroslav Janek is born out of a carte blanche proposed to Jana Sevcíková (director revealed at the festival last year). Janek is a Czech filmmaker, author of a very sensitivity work, seeking to listen to the private lives of less privileged communities, as in the extraordinary The Unseen - to be screened in this Focus - about a group of blind children, to whom the director gives cameras. The result is impressive. The other film that is part of this Focus is Hamsa, I Am, another study about blind students and their relationship to music.
