This documentary continues the story that started to be told in A Um Passo da Loucura – A 1ª Vaga (2015). This new chapter starts in 1982, a year in which a new wave of bands appears, who are more committed and bold, such as Crise Total, Grito Final, Kú de Judas, Mata-Ratos or Peste & Sida, and ends in 1988. With these two documentaries, the intention was to present a faithful portrayal of the first decade of the punk phenomenon in Portugal. It is a story which is not only told by musicians in bands. Taking testimonies form fans, promoters and even family members concerned about the social and cultural impact of the phenomenon. An exciting plot which involves other dimensions beyond the music: aesthetics, politics, education, law, ethics, etc.
