Born in Porto, Rui Trintraeum has become a reference in the music scene as owner, programmer and resident DJ of the Trintaeum electronic music club. An early lover of music, he was a bassist for the post-punk band Culto da Ira, which stood out in 1984 in the first edition of the mythical modern music contest organized by Rock Rendez-Vous. Currently he is resident DJ - 31Stereosound - bimonthly at Plan B and plays regularly at Gare Porto. Describes his DJ sessions as "From Jazz to Techno, Soulful Music".
